目的 探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片对β-内酰胺类抗生素相关性腹泻(antibiotic associated diarrhea,AAD)患儿症状和免疫功能的改善情况。方法 收集2019年1月—2020年12月天津市第一医院儿科收治的因使用β-内酰胺类抗生素而导致AAD的患儿80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组口服蒙脱石散,研究组加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片,两组均治疗14 d,比较两组患儿的症状和免疫功能改善情况。结果 研究组患儿发热、呕吐、腹痛和腹泻持续时间即排便次数、排便性状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿CD 3、CD 4/ CD8及IgA、IgM、IgG水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复方嗜酸乳杆菌片能够进一步缓解β-内酰胺类抗生素导致的小儿AAD,并且具有免疫调节功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the improvement of symptoms and immune function with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD) induced by β-Lactam antibiotics in children. Methods A total of 80 children from January 2019 to December 2020 admitted to Tianjin First Hospital with AAD induced by β-Lactam antibiotics were collected and randomly divided into control group and study group (40 cases in each group). The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder, and the study group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets addtionally. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The improvement of symptoms and immune function between the two groups were compared. Results The duration of fever, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, i.e. the number of defecation and the score of defecation traits in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3, CD4/CD8, IgA, IgM and IgG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets can further alleviate AAD caused by β-lactam antibiotics in children, and improve immunomodulatory function, which is worthy of clinical application.
