 目的  探讨闭合性胫骨远端骨折患者应用M I P PO技术锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法  选取2017年1月—2019年2月东营市垦利区董集镇卫生院接收的闭合性胫骨远端骨折患者128例为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同将患者分为对照组和研究组各64例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,研究组采用M I P PO技术锁定钢板内固定治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果  研究组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间、骨痂生成时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者踝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者踝关节功能评分与治疗前比较均升高,研究组患者踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,研究组治疗总有效率92.19%,高于对照组的78.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率7.81%,低于对照组的20.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  闭合性胫骨远端骨折应用M I P PO技术锁定钢板内固定治疗,术中出血量少,手术时间、骨痂生成时间、骨折愈合时间短,并发症发生率低,患者踝关节功能改善良好,治疗有效率高,值得临床推广。
 Objective  To explore the clinical effect of MIPPO locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of closed distal tibial fracture. Methods  From January 2017 to February 2019, a total of 128 cases of closed distal tibial fractures were collected inour hospital. All patients were divided into two groups (control group and study group) according to the different operation methods, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, In the study group, MIPPO technique was used to lock the plate for internal fixation. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results  The intraoperative bleeding volumein the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The operation time, callus formation time and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05)., Before treatment, there was no significant difference in ankle function score between the two groups (P>0.05). the score of ankle joint function after the treatment in the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment, and the score of ankle function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The patients were followed up for 6 months, the total effective rate of the study group (92.19%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.13%) (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (7.81%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.31%)(P<0.05). Conclusion  The patients with closed distal tibial fractures were treated with MIPPO locking plate with less bleeding volume, reduced operation time, callus formation time and fracture healing time, and low incidence of complications. The patient’s ankle function was improved, and the effective rate of treatment is high, which it is worthy of clinical application.
