 目的  以初产妇作为观察人群,探讨电生理评估在其产后盆腔脏器脱垂( P O P)发病中的潜在预测价值。方法  选择盘锦辽油宝石花医院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的适龄妊娠女性241例,根据是否出现P OP分为非P OP组206例和P OP组35例,分别进行进行盆底表面肌电评估,比较各阶段电生理参数差异。结果  前静息测试阶、快肌测试阶段、慢肌测试阶段、耐力测试阶段和后静息测试阶段的肌电数值指标差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,其中前静息测试阶和后静息测试阶段的肌电平均值与POP的发生密切相关(P<0.05)。结论  对于盆底肌电测试显示肌力异常,尤其是静息阶段的肌力异常,要警惕POP的发生。
 Objective  To explore the potential predictive value of electrophysiological assessment in the incidence of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in primiparae. Methods  A total of 241 pregnant women of reproductive age admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into 206 cases of non-POP group and 35 cases of POP group according to the presence of POP. The surface electromyography of pelvic floor was evaluated and the differences of electrophysiological parameters in each stage were compared. Results  There were significant differences in the EMG values in the pre-rest test stage, fast muscle test stage, slow muscle test stage, endurance test stage and post-rest test stage (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the mean EMG in the pre-rest test stage and the post-rest test stage was closely related to the occurrence of POP (P<0.05). Conclusion  We should pay attention to muscle abnormality in electrophysiological assessment, especially in the resting stage, and be alert to the occurrence of POP.
