 目的  探讨降甘油三酯(TG)治疗在糖耐量减低(IGT)干预中的作用。方法  选择常州市金坛区第二人民医院收治的105例老年H T G患者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验( O G T T ),筛查出I G T患者随机分为干预组52名和对照组53名,对照组进行生活方式干预,干预组在此基础上采用口服非诺贝特胶囊治疗,6个月后所有患者再次进行OGTT,观察两组患者的糖代谢转归情况。结果  干预6个月后,干预组患者的TG、 2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者恢复正常48.08%、发展为糖尿病(DM)3.85%,优于对照组的24.49%、20.41%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  老年HTG患者合并IGT时推荐尽早进行饮食、运动干预、口服药物降脂治疗,预防其向DM的转归。
 Objective  To explore the role of triglyceride lowering therapy in the intervention of impaired glucose tolerance. Methods  The elderly patients with hypertriglyceridemia were selected for oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), The patients with IGT were randomly divided into intervention group(52) and control group(49). The control group received lifestyle intervention, on this basis, the intervention group was treated with oral fenofibrate capsule. After 6 months, all the patients underwent OGTT again. Results  After 6 months of intervention, the triglyceride level and 2 hours blood glucose level of the patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than before the intervention, 48.08% of the patients in the intervention group recovered to normal and 3.85% developed diabetes mellitus (DM), which was superior to 24.49% and 20.41% in the control group. Conclusion  When elderly patients with high triglyceride triglyceride combined with IGT, it is recommended to carry out diet, exercise intervention and oral drug lipid reduction therapy as early as possible to prevent their develop to diabetes.
