 目的  分析中老年女性盆腔器官脱垂( P O P)患者盆底肌力、肌电值及疲劳度变化特征。方法  选择2019年1—10月沈阳市妇婴医院收治的中老年P OP患者70例作为观察组,另选同时期于我院就诊的其他无盆底功能障碍的妇科良性疾病患者70例作为对照组。比较两组患者的盆底肌力(收缩力和阴道横截面肌力)和电生理指标(Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维的肌力、肌电值和疲劳度)。结果  观察组盆底肌力和阴道横截面肌力均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力和肌电值均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  中老年POP患者盆底支持力明显低于其他妇科良性疾病患者,这不仅表现在盆底肌力方面,即便在Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维的电生理指标方面也有所体现。
 Objective  To analyze the changes of pelvic floor muscle strength, electromyogram and fatigue in the elderly women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Methods  A total of 70 middle-aged and elderly POP patients admitted to our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 70 patients with benign gynecological diseases without pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the control group. The pelvic floor muscle strength (contractile force and vaginal cross-sectional muscle strength) and electrophysiological indexes (muscle strength, myoelectric value and fatigue of class I and class II muscle fibers) were compared between the two groups. Results  The pelvic floor muscle strength and vaginal cross section muscle strength in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group; the muscle strength and electromyogram value of class I and class II muscle fibers were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the fatigue degree of class I and class II muscle fibers in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion  The pelvic floor support of middle-aged and old POP patients is significantly lower than those patients with benign gynecological diseases, which is not only reflected in the pelvic floor muscle strength, but also in the electrophysiological indexes of class I and class II muscle fibers.
