 目的  研究血清癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和血浆凝血因子D-二聚体(D-D)联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。方法  选择2015年6月—2018年6月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者56例为观察组,选取同期收治的肺部良性疾病患者56例为对照组。检测并比较分析两组血清癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和D -D水平,评价3种指标联合检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的价值。结果  观察组血清癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和D-D水平均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,血清癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和D -D联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断灵敏度高于单一指标检测。结论  非小细胞肺癌患者血清癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和D-D处于较高水平,3种指标联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断具有较高灵敏度。
 Objective  To study the clinical application of serum tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron specific enolase (NSE) and plasma D-dimer (D-D) in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods  From Jun 2015 to Jun 2018, a total of 56 patients with NSCLC admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 56 patients with benign lung disease at the same time were selected as the control group. The levels of CEA and NSE were detected, and the levels of D-D were detected by immunoturbidimetry. Results  The levels of serum CEA, NSE and D-D in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ROC curves indicated that the sensitivity of CEA combined with NSE and D-dimer was significantly higher than single index. Conclusion  The serum CEA, NSE and D-D levels in NSCLC patients were significantly elevated. The combined detection of three markers has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of NSCLC.
