 目的  评估急性脑梗死患者采取阿替普酶联合尤瑞克林治疗,对其侧支循环及神经功能的改善作用及效果。方法  选取2018年3月—2019年3月辽宁省人民医院神经内科收治的90例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组采用阿替普酶联合尤瑞克林治疗,对照组单独使用阿替普酶治疗,观察并比较两组治疗后侧支循环(r LMC评分)、神经功能(NHISS评分)和日常生活能力(Barthel指数)情况。结果  治疗后观察组侧支循环评分、NHISS评分和Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  阿替普酶联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者,有利于侧支循环开放,且患者神经功能恢复更快,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase on collateral circulation and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods  A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology, Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase, and the control group was treated with alteplase alone. The collateral circulation (rLMC score), neurological function(NHISS score) and activities of daily living (Barthel index) of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results  After treatment, the collateral circulation score, NHISS score and Barthel index score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase is conducive to the opening of collateral circulation, and faster recovery of neurological function in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
