 目的  探讨等速肌力训练在脑卒中下肢偏瘫患者中的临床应用效果。方法  选取2017年8月—2018年10月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的脑卒中下肢偏瘫患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组各33例,两组均行常规康复训练,观察组同时给予等速肌力训练,干预3周后比较两组的下肢运动功能、膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩、10 m最快行走时间及日常生活能力。结果  观察组下肢运动功能积分、膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩改善情况、10 m最快行走时间、日常生活能力评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  脑卒中下肢偏瘫患者进行等速肌力训练,能够提高膝关节屈伸肌肌力,有利于患者下肢功能的恢复,患者日常生活能力得到提高,效果较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of isokinetic muscle strength training in stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia. Methods  A total of 66 stroke patients with lower limb hemiplegia admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training. The observation group was given isokinetic muscle strength training at the same time. After 3 weeks of intervention, the lower limb motor function, peak moment of knee flexor and extensor, the fastest walking time of 10 meters and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results  The scores of lower limb motor function, peak moment of knee flexor and extensor, 10 meters fastest walking time and daily living ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Isokinetic muscle strength training for stroke patients with lower extremity hemiplegia can improve knee flexor and extensor muscle strength, which is conducive to the recovery of lower extremity function and the improvement of daily living ability.
