目的 观察中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取2017年6月—2018年
6月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组各50例，对照组采用超短波治疗，观察组采用中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗，观察两组的治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛情况及患者对治疗效果的满意程度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96%，高于对照组的86%，差异有统计学意义( χ2值为4.000， P＜0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛情况均较治疗前减轻，且观察组在治疗后不同时间点疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组对治疗效果的总满意度为100%，高于对照组的92%，但差异无统计学意义( χ2值为2.344，P＞0.05)。结论 中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，能够有效改善患者疼痛情况，患者更为满意，值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultrashort wave, while the observation group was treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave. The therapeutic effect, the pain outcome before and after treatment and the satisfaction degree of the patients to the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than 86% of the control group(χ2=4.000, P<0.05). After treatment, the pain in both groups was significantly less than that before treatment, and the visual analogue score of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at different time points after treatment(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%, higher than 92% of the control group, but there was no significant difference(χ2=2.344, P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective, and can effectively improve the pain of patients, and patients are more satisfied. It is worth promoting.
