 目的  分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对患者心脏结构功能及血清缺氧诱导因子-1α水平的影响。方法  选取2017年1月—2018年12月沈阳市第四人民医院耳鼻喉科接诊的86例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者并纳入观察组,选取同期行健康体检者作为对照组。抽取受试者空腹外周静脉血,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测缺氧诱导因子-1α水平;行心脏超声检查对比两组心脏结构功能指标。结果  观察组血清缺氧诱导因子-1α水平高于对照组,室间隔厚度和左心室后壁厚度均厚于对照组,左心室射血分数低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,血清缺氧诱导因子-1α水平升高,且心脏结构功能受累,临床应积极采取相关干预措施,以减少心脏不良事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on cardiac structure function and serum hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods  A total of 86 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were selected from the otolaryngology department,The 4th People’s Hospital of Shenyang, from January 2017 to December 2018 as observation group. The healthy people were selected as the control group in the same period. Fasting peripheral venous blood was collected and the level of hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Cardiac structural and functional indexes of the two groups were compared by echocardiography. Results  The level of serum hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the thickness of ventricular septum and posterior wall of left ventricle were significantly thicker than those in the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion  In patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, the serum level of hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha is increased, and the cardiac structure and function are affected. Clinical intervention measures should be taken actively to reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
