 目的  探讨康复训练联合中药及针刺治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法  选取2017年5月—2018年6月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者实施中药及针刺治疗,观察组患者给予康复训练联合中药及针刺治疗。观察两组患者的肌力及Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数等情况;比较两组治疗总有效率。结果  观察组治疗总有效率为81.67%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肌力、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均有改善,且观察组比对照组改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  康复训练联合中药及针刺治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果较好,可在临床上推广此疗法。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia. Methods  A total of 120 stroke hemiplegia patients were collected from Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2017 to June 2018. All patients were divided into observation group (N=60 cases) and control group (N=60 cases) according to random table method. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment, and observation group received rehabilitation training based on traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. The muscle strength, Fugl-Meyer scores, Barthel indexes, and total effect rates were observed and analyzed. Results  The total effect in the observation group was 81.67%, and was significantly higher than 60.00% of control group (P < 0.05). The muscle strength, Fugl-Meyer scores, and Barthel indexes were significantly improved after treatment in both groups, but observation group got more improvement than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion  The rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture is effective in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia, which is worthy of clinical application.
