摘要:
 目的 观察低分子右旋糖酐对胎儿生长受限( F G R)者母婴血液循环的改善作用。方法 收集2017年1月—2019年12月开原市妇幼保健院收治的部分F GR孕妇80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用低分子肝素及丹参注射液改善循环,观察组在其基础上加用低分子右旋糖酐。两组均治疗14 d后,对其血液流变学及超声指标变化进行比较。结果 治疗后,两组PI、RI和S /D差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05);两组W BHSV、W B L SV、BV和H CT差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 低分子右旋糖酐能在常规治疗基础上进一步改善FGR者母婴血液循环,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
 Objective To observe the effect of low molecular dextran on improving maternal and infant blood circulation in FGR. Methods A total of 80 FGR pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each. Low molecular weight heparin and Danshen injection were used to improve circulation in the control group, and low molecular weight dextran was added to the observation group based on the control. After 14 days of treatment, the hemorheology and ultrasonic indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, there were significant differences in PI, RI,S/D, WBHSV, WBLSV, BV and HCT between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular dextran can further improve the maternal and infant blood circulation of FGR on the basis of conventional treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
