摘要:
 目的 探讨口腔矫治器(OA)长期治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者夜间睡眠中呼吸功能变化的影响。方法 回顾性选择丹东市口腔医院2012—2018年收治的O S A HS患者526例,经筛选后纳入符合条件的患者71例,并依据是否规范使用OA分为对照组42例和观察组29例;比较两组随访5年前后的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、血氧饱和度<90%时间占睡眠时间百分比(SLT90%)、最长呼吸暂停时间(LAT)和最低夜间血氧饱和度(LSaO 2)。结果 两组随访起点AHI、SLT90%、LAT和LSaO 2差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而随访终点上述各指标及其变化值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者睡眠呼吸暂停症状有随年龄增大而加重的趋势,OA治疗可有效延缓增龄性恶化作用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of long-term oral appliances (OA) treatment on the respiratory function during night sleep in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods A total of 526 patients with OSAHS admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2018 were selected retrospectively. Seventy-one eligible patients were selected and divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (29 cases) according to whether OA was used regularly. Sleep apnea hypopnea index (AHI), the percentage of saturation lower than 90% time account for total sleeping time (SLT90%), the longest apnea time (LAT) and lowest nocturnal oxygen saturation (LSaO2) were compared between the two groups before and after 5 years of follow-up. Results There were no significant differences in AHI, SLT SLT90%, LAT and LSaO2 between the two groups at the beginning of follow-up (P>0.05), and there were significant differences in the above indexes at the end of follow-up (P<0.05). Conclusion The sleep apnea symptoms of OSAHS patients tend to aggravate with age. OA treatment can effectively delay the aging deterioration.
