摘要:
 子宫内膜癌是一种常见的妇科癌症,其预后随患者发病年龄的增长而变差。子宫内膜癌的肌层侵犯深度是选择临床治疗方案的关键性依据,亦是评估预后的重要因素,因此,对子宫内膜癌进行明确诊断和准确分期显得尤为重要。而超声、CT、磁共振等影像学检查对临床疾病的诊断具有重要的辅助作用。文章对子宫内膜癌的超声诊断研究进行综述,以资借鉴。
